**Soul Blueprint® Terms and Conditions**

1. **No Refunds; Payment Obligations.** Allyson Scammell International, LLC has a NO REFUNDS policy. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that no one has represented to you that refunds are available.

If you select a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full program tuition according to the payment schedule presented at checkout. The payment plan is an installment arrangement for the full tuition and is not a month-to-month membership or cancel-anytime subscription.

Even if you are unable to participate in or complete the program for any reason, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments through the end of the payment term.

If a required payment is not made when due, Allyson Scammell International, LLC may suspend your access to the program, including live calls, course materials, community access, and any other program benefits, until your account is brought current.

If a payment default remains unresolved, Allyson Scammell International, LLC may terminate your participation and revoke all current and future program access, including any lifetime access otherwise associated with the program. Suspension or termination for nonpayment does not cancel or reduce your remaining payment obligations, which will continue according to the agreed payment schedule.

If you initiate a chargeback, Allyson Scammell International, LLC may assess an additional $250 fee.

2. **Private Coaching Sessions.** All private coaching sessions included with Soul Blueprint must be completed within seven (7) months of the start of the Soul Blueprint cohort in which you enrolled. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Allyson Scammell International, LLC will keep information provided by the client during private coaching sessions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

3. **Certification.** Certification is awarded upon successful completion of both the program requirements and, if applicable, all payment plan obligations. A participant whose account is delinquent or whose participation has been suspended or terminated is not eligible to receive certification unless and until Allyson Scammell International, LLC determines that the applicable requirements have been satisfied.

4. **Limitation of Liability.** You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you will not hold Allyson Scammell, Allyson Scammell International, LLC, or any of its employees, contractors, or associates liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from your participation in the program.

5. **No Professional Advice.** Allyson Scammell International, LLC does not engage in the rendering of medical, legal, accounting, financial, or other professional services through this program. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on information provided through the program. Before utilizing techniques or information that may require professional guidance, you should consult an appropriately licensed professional.

6. **No Guarantee of Results; Risk of Loss.** Results from the program and coaching depend upon individual decisions, participation, abilities, circumstances, and other factors outside the Company’s control. Allyson Scammell International, LLC makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the results you may achieve through participation in the program.

7. **Suspension or Termination of Participation.** Allyson Scammell International, LLC may suspend or terminate a participant’s involvement in the program when the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that doing so is appropriate.

If the Company terminates a participant for reasons unrelated to nonpayment, payment default, violation of this Agreement, or other breach by the participant, the Company may determine whether an appropriate refund is warranted based on the circumstances.

If participation is suspended or terminated due to nonpayment, payment default, violation of this Agreement, disruptive conduct, or other breach by the participant, no refund will be owed. Any remaining payment obligations will continue according to the agreed payment schedule.

Termination may include revocation of access to live sessions, course materials, online communities, recordings, future updates, and any lifetime access or other continuing benefits associated with the program.

8. **Governing Law and Venue.** This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of South Dakota for any legal proceeding arising from this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. **No Assignment; Modifications and Waivers.** This Agreement may not be assigned by the participant to another party. No waiver or modification of the requirements of this Agreement will be effective unless made in writing by Allyson Scammell International, LLC.

10. **Electronic Acceptance and Additional Documents.** You agree that your electronic acceptance of this Agreement constitutes valid and binding evidence of your assent to its terms. You agree to complete additional documents or payment authorizations reasonably necessary to fulfill the material purpose of this Agreement.

11. **Relationship of the Parties.** Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee, principal-agent, partnership, joint venture, or other similar relationship between you and Allyson Scammell International, LLC. Each party remains solely responsible for its own actions, employees, contractors, and agents.

**By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them.**
